About Me

Haily's love for health and the outdoors has driven her to a career in helping others fortify their wellness through natural modalities. She discovered her interest for Traditional Chinese Medicine while volunteering at Bay Natural Medicine in San Francisco under Dr. Yoon, a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist. She continued exploring her fascination for health as a Product Content Intern at Keas Health Management in San Francisco, where Haily was responsible for researching a multitude of health topics and creating quizzes for viewers to take. In 2016, she earned a bachelor's degree in Biology and Pre-Medicine at the University of San Francisco with honors. Continuing her education in the field of alternative medicine, Haily graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute in 2017 with 900 hours of training. 

While attending the National Holistic Institute, Haily interned under Lisa Weindorf, who worked with the University of California, Berkley swim team. She had the opportunity to perform sports massage on the UC Berkley woman's swim team, including Olympians, to prepare them for Pac-12 and NCAA. In addition, Haily interned with acupuncturist, Joan Plastino, where she gave very focused bodywork before the patient received acupuncture. 

Haily wishes to further her education and become a licensed acupuncturist in the upcoming years. By implementing acupuncture with massage, Haily hopes to create a healing space that welcomes the body back to a balanced state.
